On business days, we dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Boston, MA, USA, within 1-2 days. Weekends and holidays are not days we ship. We do not currently ship outside of the US. Please get in touch with us for a shipping price for any other nations.

ARRIVAL TIMES

When your order arrives, use the following formula: Total Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Shipping Method Unless otherwise stated, in-stock products are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business 
Orders delivered by USPS should arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on the SHIP TO location within the United States, unless otherwise indicated, after the order has left our warehouse(s).
Please be aware that we do not provide Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery, nor do we ship from our warehouse on the weekends.

PLEASE BE ADVISED

No matter the shipping method chosen, mymainephotography.com does not guarantee or assure the stated arrival dates. When an order is placed, mymainephotography.com guarantees prompt processing and delivery of all in-stock goods (often within 1-2 business days). The Postal Service is responsible for timely delivery of shipments, for which the aforementioned advised delivery periods apply once fulfillment out of our warehouse(s) has occurred. Before making their purchase, customers are expected to understand and abide by the aforementioned policy. The SHIP TO address must be a Postal Service-acceptable deliverable address. Please be as detailed as you can be when providing information to guarantee delivery accuracy.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will be notified once your purchase has been dispatched in line with the shipping method you have chosen. In this email, which accesses the Postal Services database, we will also offer delivery and tracking confirmation. Once your package has been dispatched, your payment card will be debited. RETURN POLICY
Our first goal is making sure you are happy. We would be pleased to offer a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase in order to guarantee your total pleasure. Simply return your order within 30 days after delivery in its original condition to get a full refund. Restocking and delivery costs are free.

PROCESSING TIME
