West Quoddy Head Light, the Easternmost Point in the U. S.
look at the details of the sculpted bird on the top – just beautiful! It was actually determined that the sun could be seen rising first from atop Cadillac Mountain than in Lubec because of the elevation, despite the distance west from Lubec…little tidbit for you.
