Maine Shrimp Dip…
Add a pound of Maine shrimp, 4 oz. of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of mayo, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan, 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped, dash of salt, fresh ground pepper and a dash of tobasco. Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve with sliced crusty bread. Bon Appetit!

Looks scrumptious! I give it 5 stars because I can almost taste it! I imagine it will work equally well with Maine Lobster. As much as I love SoCal I do miss New England!

Sarah, try it. It’s always a hit when I make it for dinner parties! When we do have another Danforth tweetup with appetizers, I’ll do this one.
