A day of real BBQ ribs, homemade rub, smoked and all…#foodporn

Today was hubby's day to make ribs (his idea). The real way. Smoked, then grilled. It took many hours, between making the rub, making the sauce (which cooked for hours), smoking the ribs in a Cameron smoker (on the grill (using Cameron applewood and hickory chips), then grilling. I made the coleslaw and sat back and enjoyed the ride 🙂 I highly recommend that smoker!
