What to do with leftover pie crust? #Twittercookies

A PIE DOUGH TWITTER BIRDIE was the first thing I did.

Then @mayaREguru had me thinking about homemade Rugelach, that classic Jewish bakery staple with cinnamon, nuts and raisins rolled into a cream cheese pastry dough. I happened to use pie crust for Chicken Pot Pies and had leftover. So I made an easy version of Rugelach by filling the pie dough with cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, raisins and pecans and rolling, slicing and baking.
